Ordering
Ordering your New Zealand Captured print is simple. Browse our gallery, select your desired image, and choose your preferred format, size, and media using the drop-down menus. Please note that slight adjustments may be made to certain images to fit your chosen size, resulting in minimal clipping. We accept most card providers and PayPal for secure credit card transactions, as well as direct deposit for custom orders.

Shipping
We take great care in ensuring your print arrives in perfect condition. Please allow up to three business days for printing, followed by shipping. As our printing partners are based in the South Island, delivery is prompt - overnight for South Island addresses, and typically 3-5 days for North Island locations.
All fine art prints are carefully rolled in eco-friendly, acid-free tissue (unless requested to be left flat) and protected in recyclable cardboard tubes. This method not only safeguards your prints during transit but also aligns with our commitment to sustainable practices. Canvas prints and our premium package are securely wrapped, packaged, and couriered to ensure they reach you in pristine condition.

Aluminium
For a contemporary, high-impact look, consider our aluminium prints. These prints offer a stunning gloss sheen finish that truly makes your chosen image pop. We use Fujiflex Crystal Archive printing material, known for its superb smoothness and sharp, transparent-like super-gloss finish.
The print is then mounted on 3mm Alu Dibond, consisting of two thin layers of aluminium separated by a polyethylene core. This creates a perfectly flat, contemporary look that appears to float on your wall. Aluminium prints are available by enquiry only, allowing us to tailor this premium offering to your specific needs.
